That time of year is beautiful, though can be getting chilly, so start with lots of layers for all of you. And make sure to practice whatever you&#039;re planning to do wherever you are in advance.

In Denali, you can get a backcountry permit and get off the bus anywhere to camp just off of the road, or just take day hikes and jump back on the bus when you&#039;re through! Around Anchorage easy to do day hikes out of Glen Allen...let us know where you&#039;re heading and what your hopes are!
